What is a WaterSoft?

The revolution of pleasure! The WATERSOFT is a revolutionary toy. Accompanied by its non-toxic, ecological and biodegradable orbeez: they are safe for people, pets and the environment! Orbeez are colored water balls that burst on contact and immediately begin to disintegrate, leaving no residue. Our pistols and rifles are for use in private courts or places dedicated to paintball and airsoft games. We are not liable for outdoor use in the street or public places.

Does it hurt a lot?

Just slight tingling to make it sensational! It’s as if you were hit with an elastic band - a quick and light tingling. You probably won’t even notice because you’ll be too busy laughing. But it’s still less painful than Airsoft or Paintball.

Is it like Airsoft or Paintball?

Less pain, less preparation, less disorder but even pleasure! They are more accessible compared to the age restriction especially since they are more easily transportable and manageable.

Instructions for use

USING YOUR WATERSOFT IS EASY! 1. POUR ORBEEZ INTO CONTAINER 2. FILL WITH WARM WATER 3. WAIT A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS FOR YOUR ORBEEZ TO SWELL! 4. DRAIN AND RELOAD YOUR GRENADE AT ORBEEZ 5. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROPERLY CHARGED YOUR PISTOL/RIFLE WITH THE USB CABLE PROVIDED IN THE PACK (M19 GUN BATTERY IN THE BASE BETWEEN THE LASER AND THE GUN, THE STRIKE BATTERY UNDER THE GUN AND THE RIFLE BATTERY IN THE REAR OF THE GUN WHEN YOU REMOVE THE BUTT) 6. ACTIVATE THE "ON" BUTTON AND HAVE FUN!

About delivery

Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped either within the same day if the order is placed before 1pm or the next day. For delivery we try to guarantee a home delivery within 48 to 72 working hours (Private Parcel or Colissimo) for the United Kingdom and 72 to 96 hours for delivery in relay point (Mondial Relay). For the European Union the delivery can take up to 96h at home and 6 to 7d for delivery in relay point. For International the delivery can take between 5 to 10 days (we favor air transport rather than sea transport so that the times are faster).

What is the range?

It depends on the models but the range is from 25 meters (for the WaterSoft Strike), then 30 meters (for the WaterSoft M19) and finally 38 meters (for the WaterSoft M416) but we recommend playing at short distance. It’s a lot more fun.

Is the M19 suitable for all ages?

The WaterSoft M19 is designed to be fun and safe, however, it is important to check the country’s age recommendations. Our M19 is recommended for children 12 years and older. It is always advisable to carefully read the instructions and warnings provided with the product to ensure safe use.
